Each item ordered by Luckimi is a unique copy made for you personally. In this way, we differ from the most common webshops. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Therefore, you have a right of exchange regardless of the reason for the change.

30-day right to exchange

Change your product within 30 days from the order date, for any reason. We always give you these choices:

· Change to another product or size

· Refund of the price

Complaint

In case of a complaint, you send a message with the order number and a brief statement to tina@luckimi.com. Do not return any items without request or unstamped.
